Mrs. Kaniz Fatema, elder daughter of Mr. Atiqur Rahman and Dilafroz Begum was born in Magura District. From her childhood, she always had the urge to establish herself as a businessperson. However, after getting married, she became very busy with her family and children. Yet, her passion for business remains undiminished. With this great zeal, she started involving herself with his husband, Engr. Ghulam Mohammed Alomgir’s business. Over these many years, she has established herself not only as a successful entrepreneur but also as one of the idols for women in the corporate business sector. Max Building Technologies Ltd. is her brainchild and she is the Managing Director of this company. Besides, she is directing the HR Department of the Group and has active involvement in other decision-making process as well. She has completed her Hons and Masters from Jagannath University, Bangladesh. She has attended many overseas conferences, trade shows throughout her career.
