Mr. Mohammed Shariful Islam joined MAX GROUP as Chief Planning Officer (CPO) on November 2011. He is a qualified Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Bangladesh. He brought with him a deep financial expertise and significant understanding of the Present Economy of Bangladesh. Prior to joining MAX, he was working as the Head of Budget and Cost Control of Golden Life Insurance Ltd. To achieve the overall strategic vision of the company, in July 2019, Mr. Mohammed Shariful Islam was entrusted with the responsibility of Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) by the board of directors of MAX GROUP. He, for a certain period of time, has also looked after the internal audits of the company as the Chief Internal Audit Officer (CIAO).
From November 2021, Mr. Mohammed Shariful Islam is working as the Consultant (Governance & Strategy) of the company to achieve sustainable organizational growth in line with the company’s long-term goals through developing a motivated, knowledgeable and efficient workforce.
