18th Engineer M. A. Jabbar Memorial Tennis Tournament 2021

More than 500 male and female players from 31 clubs have participated in the 18th Engineer M. A. Jabbar Memorial Tennis Tournament 2021. Engineer M. A. Jabbar Memorial Tennis Tournament is a prestigious tennis tournament organized by Engineers Recreation Centre (ERC), IEB. This year MAX GROUP was the title sponsor of this grand tournament. The inauguration ceremony of the 18th Engineer M. A. Jabbar Memorial Tennis Tournament 2021 was held at the premises of The Institution of Engineers, Bangladesh (IEB) on 11 December 2021, in which Mr. Md. Zahid Ahsan Russel MP, State Minister, Ministry for Youth and Sports, was present as the chief guest. Engr. Md. Sanaul Haque Bakul was the director of the whole tournament. The 7-day long Jabbar Tennis Tournament ended on 17 December 2021 through a gala prize-giving ceremony. The closing and prize-giving ceremony was held at the IEB premises in which Mr. Md. Tazul Islam MP, Hon’ble Minister, Ministry of Local Government, Rural Development and Cooperatives was present as the chief guest. Both the opening and prize-giving ceremony were presided over by Engr. Ghulam Mohammed Alomgir, Executive Vice Chairman, ERC, Dhaka.
